Refund policy

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of at least 30%. New items must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging otherwise they will be subject to up to an 80% restocking fee as they will only hold used value which is some cases is very low. 

Radios and Hardware  have a 90 day exchange warranty in the event an internal defect arises. When the individual piece is returned, a replacement wll be sent.

Batteries have a 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty.
